According to the seasons and his inspiration, our chef concocts a different dish of the day every evening from fresh produce carefully selected from local producers. He favors the short circuit and quality with suppliers he knows well.

In the morning, after a pleasant night, nothing better to start the day than a tasty breakfast. Proposed in the form of a buffet, it delights both sweet and savory palates and pays a very nice tribute to local local products. Free-range eggs, sausages and Auvergne ham from Maison Pallut, free-range Saint-Nectaire from GAEC l'Oiseau and yoghurts from the GOURDY farm are served alongside home-made jams and pastries, fresh seasonal fruit and other red label baguettes from the Murol bakery and fresh pure butter pastries.

And before going on an excursion, remember to book your picnic basket that we will be happy to prepare for you, always using local, fresh and seasonal produce.
